Guided Seven Day Group Juice Cleanse
This is an ongoing adventure.

What?
A One Week – That’s 7 Days – Guided Juice Cleanse. That’s right. 7 Days of delicious, nutritious, healthy Juices. Made by you, yourself.
Alternatively, you have the option to order from a professional Juice Place at additional cost. I work with Frank Juice and the berlin Juicery.
5 Group Coaching Sessions via Zoom.
When?
Any Monday – Sunday.
Zoom-Sessions are held from 6:30 -to 8:00 pm
Why?
The feeling of cleansing while giving your body all the nutrition it needs and then some is my absolute and only way of fasting. The benefits of not only losing an average of 7 pounds in one week, but feeling light and happy is great at anytime of the year.
Where?
The Sessions are being held via Zoom, in the comfort of your own home. We will have 5 Sessions, one before the start of The Cleanse followed by 4 Sessions, every other day, during The Cleanse.

Your Investment
Your Investment of 99 Euro (incl. VAT) for this 7 Day Guided Juice Cleanse includes 5 group sessions, the recipes as well as the shopping list.
Should you have no desire or time to do your juicing yourself, I have researched and found options for you.

Do I need a Juicer AND a blender?
– Yes, you do. Both. Unless you choose to have a professional Juice Place do all the juicing for you.
Do I have recommendations?
– Yes, I do.
How much is it to make juices?
– Depending on where you shop you should expect to spend around 20 Euros per day.
Is this program also for men?
– Yes. Even though I tend to attract and work well with women, this time I am opening the doors to all.
What if I have an illness?
– I would always suggest to speak to your provider first. Depending on what your dis-ease is, a juice cleanse might be a great way to support yourself. It worked for me.
Is this program also available in German?
